Today's Favorite Verse: 1 Kings 6:7
"And the house, when it was in building, was built of stone made ready before it was brought thither: so that there was neither hammer nor axe nor any tool of iron heard in the house, while it was in building."
This verse made me think of the prefabricated modular temple being built in Helena Montana. It is estimated it will take about thirteen months for this temple to be completed. Modular units are built off-site and shipped in. Then put in place. It has been fascinating to see the progress. Now I find it even more interesting to think of Solomon's temple being the first prototype. Solomon's temple took seven years to build using this method. It's interesting to compare that against the forty years it took to build the Salt Lake City temple.
