Today's Favorite Verse: 2 Kings 13:2, 6
" And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, and followed the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom.
Nevertheless they departed not from the sins of the house of Jeroboam, who made Israel sin, but walked therein: and there remained the grove also in Samaria.)"
I see the same repeated problem over and over again. Why didn't they just do away with the groves and the idols they worshipped. Then I realized they are just like us. We can't go in and throw away or stop people that worship their idols and false gods. It's sad when you know that's what destroying the nations. The only control and power we have is over ourselves not worshipping the false god around us.
