Today's Favorite Verse: Isaiah 32:17-18
"And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;"
These verses made me think of my mother. One of her favorite things to say is all she wanted was "peace and quiet". I'm afraid as kids it was the one gift we could never give her. Now that she is on the other side of the veil I'm sure that gift has been given to her.
