Today's Favorite Verse: Psalms 138:2
"I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name."
I thought about praying in the direction of the temple. That isn't something I feel inclined to do. Even after pondering about it I still don't feel it necessary. I wonder if it was necessary while living the law of Moses, with its outward signs? When I think of "worship toward the temple" I only think of a state of being, a reverence towards my Heavenly Father. The same reverence I take when I enter the House of the Lord. The state is worthiness to go, not a ritual of show.
