The realization that I will be reading king Benjamin's address to his people at the same time as General Conference this weekend has just hit me. I liken this coming general conference as a king Benjamin moment for the church. For we will all be in our homes watching conference this year, similar to how they sat with the doors of their tents facing forward. Oh, how my heart cannot wait to listen to the words of the prophet.
Like Mosiah I am going to invite everyone to come and watch General Conference this weekend. It promises to not only be memorable, but also unforgettable. At this time when the world needs hope, comfort, peace, and spiritual and physical relief its time to sit and listen to a prophet's voice and hear the word of the Lord.
