Today's Favorite Verse: 1 Corinthians 10:21
"Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils."
This verse made me think of this verse on serving two masters.
"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
(Matthew 6:24) (3 Nephi 13:24)
When the day comes for me to face the Lord I do not want to hear him say.
“And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?”
(Luke 6:46)
