Today's Favorite Verse: 1 Chronicles 16:8
"Give thanks unto the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people."
So many wonderful verses in this psalm that David delivered. I have so many of them marked. This verse I pondered on the most. As Israel was receiving once again the ark of the covenant and placed it in a tent, it became their temple. I could picture today the blessings of the temple and how all our missionaries must first receive their endowments from on high, before they go to proclaim the gospel. The greatest thanks that can be given to the Lord is to share the joyful news of his gospel with others. It is the most precious gift one person can give to another. As it is shared it shows the Lord how much value is placed upon it.
