Today's Favorite Verse: Isaiah 60:19-20

Today's Favorite Verse: Isaiah 60:19-20
"The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory.
Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended."

I was just randomly thinking the other day about charging batteries wirelessly. What an amazing concept. I wondered what laws of nature are in force to do that? Then I read this and now ponder on how there will be no need for artificial light. In fact not even the sun or the moon is needed for light. For the Lord God will be our light forever. It comes from his divine power, presence and glory. How small man really is yet we think we are learned and powerful. We are just babes in the scheme of the eternities. There are greater powers that man cannot even comprehend. God really is omnipotent, having unlimited power and able to do anything.
