"The Lord is righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked."
I pondered on the many times I have seen the Church inspired to take some action and it was not until years later the wisdom in it was made known. Simple things that had great significance later on. Without them the Lord's work could have been frustrated, as agendas tried to wrap cords around us, and the saint confused. One such thing was the "The Family, A Proclamation to the World". It was written in 1995 long before it became clear why such a statement needed to be made.
