"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
This made me ponder on the discussions I have had over the years with people, regarding all they need to do is confess Jesus is the Christ and be saved. In the rest of this chapter Paul goes on to explain what it means to believe in your heart. It's more than just saying the words. If you believe it then you will live it unto righteousness. If you once believed and no longer live it then it's not in your heart. Words without actions are nothing.
