And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses beheld where he was laid."
I pondered on how import it was to have witnesses of Christ, including his death, his body laid in the tomb, the tomb empty and the resurrected Lord. Mary Magdalene was there for all of it. She was the first the risen Lord appeared to. Some things maybe hard to witness, but being a witness can also bring incredible spiritual blessings.
"And in the mouth of three witnesses shall these things be established; and the testimony of three, and this work, in the which shall be shown forth the power of God and also his word, of which the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost bear record—and all this shall stand as a testimony against the world at the last day."
