I am never alone. For God is always there when I pray to him. He will let me cast my troubles upon him. I feel a closeness to my Heavenly Father when I speak as my heart really is. I know I can't hide anything from Him. I have found that the more honest I am with my feelings the greater I come to understand them through His eyes. With an honest heart I am ready to be healed.
