Today's Favorite Verse: 1 Samuel 11:6
"And the Spirit of God came upon Saul when he heard those tidings, and his anger was kindled greatly."
Saul comes to the rescue of the men of Jabesh when the Ammonites had came up against them. I pondered on how Saul could do nothing without the Spirit of God coming upon him. The wisdom and inspiration to first know how to have all the children of Israel come together to fight, and then how to win the battle only came from the Lord.
