"Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come."
I think this is talking about now. The fullness of the gospel is upon the earth. How much mercy and favour is being show to His saints. The days are shortened and He is hastening his work. The Lord is gathering Zion, in preparation for his second coming. Is it not mercy to let us prepare for that great and terrible day?
