"Behold, when it was whole, it was meet for no work: how much less shall it be meet yet for any work, when the fire hath devoured it, and it is burned?"
The Lord is using the vine tree as an example of Jerusalem. Which can also be an example of me. I pondered on how those that do not prepare themselves to serve the Lord are not fit for any of his work. How much less fit would a person be, if they are burned and destroyed? To have value and purpose I need to serve the Lord.
