"In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust: let me never be put to confusion."
I pondered on confusion, no sense of direction. It made me think of this verse.
"But if it be not right you shall have no feelings, but you shall have a stupor of thought that shall cause you to forget that thing which is wrong; therefore, you cannot write that which is sacred save it be given you from me."
"Doctrine and Covenants 9:9)
If I went against the stupor of thought and did my own will, that truly would lead to confusion. Trusting in the Lord, means I listen to the prompting of the spirit. Acting upon His will would never put me to confusion.
