"Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul."
On this Sabbath day I thought of those the uphold my soul. I could count many. The first among them are his chosen prophet and apostles that just spoke to me last week during general conference. Then I thought of all those that bore their testimonies at church today or shared during a lesson. Each of them strengthened me in the Lord and feed my soul. This would not have been possible if the spirit had not been with them.
