Today's Favorite Verse: Habakkuk 2:3-4, 14

Today's Favorite Verse: Habakkuk 2:3-4, 14
"For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea."

At first I focused on the earth being filled with the knowledge and glory of the Lord, but I wondered why at the same time this chapter speaks of the prideful and disobedient? Realizing this vision is for the end times I looked at it as happening right now. So I asked myself "Are there some with knowledge of the glory of the Lord and others that don't see it?" Of course! Some are preparing for the second coming of the Lord, and others are lifted up in their pride and have no need for Him. Even with the internet anyone that wants to know of the Lord can find information on Him. It is a beautiful tool to preach the gospel to the earth. Knowledge is not hiding if you are seeking. The difference is what they are looking for.
