Today's Favorite Verse: Deuteronomy 2:7

Today's Favorite Verse: Deuteronomy 2:7
"For the LORD thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing."

Even though the children of Israel were slow to follow the Lord. The Lord never left them alone. He was always there. He was the pillar of fire by night and the cloud by day. They needed time to grow in knowledge and faith. It was a raising generation that would take them into the land of their inheritances. It is the same with us today. All the trials, heartache and pains we go through the lesson to learn is it all points towards Christ. He is our anchor and is always there.

"We are not just walking toward God and Christ. We are walking with Them."
(Bradley R. Wilcox, "Worthiness Is Not Flawlessness", Oct 2021 General Conference)

"Therefore, continue your journey and let your hearts rejoice; for behold, and lo, I am with you even unto the end."
(Doctrine and Covenants 100:12)
