"And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Trust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe."
What I pondered on was timing. When the time is right, when the wicked are fully ripe then the Father will send his angels and the Lord will reap with his sickle. The timing will be perfect and justified. I also pondered how this verse confirms what the Lord said during his ministry. That even the Son would not know the hour or the day but the Father only.
"But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father."
(Mark 13:32)
