Today's Favorite Verse: Exodus 14:22-23
"And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen."
It took faith for the children of Israel to walk across dry ground in the midst of the sea, with a wall of water on either side of them. I sat here think what did it take for the Egyptians to do the same thing and go after them?
Was it hatred, a total disregard of God, arrogance, foolishness? How many words describe them? I don't know what all to call it but they were devoid of any faith or wisdom. They had not learned anything from witnessing the plagues and miracles earlier. Whatever it took I am decided that we have people today that show the same personality as the Egyptians.
